Several presidential executive orders amended
Vladimir Putin signed Executive Order on Amending Certain Executive Orders of the President of the Russian Federation.
The following executive orders have been amended: Executive Order No 95 On the Temporary Procedure for Fulfilling Obligations before Certain Foreign Creditors, dated March 5, 2022; Executive Order No 254 On the Temporary Procedure for Fulfilling Financial Obligations in the Sphere of Corporate Relations before Certain Foreign Creditors, dated May 4, 2022; Executive Order No 138 On Additional Temporary Economic Measures Linked with the Circulation of Securities, dated March 3, 2023.
